Age Defying Skin Care Juice
Ingredients:
Serves 2
1/2 tsp Pearl Powder
4 large carrots
1 beet
4 large kale leaves
3 handfuls fresh spinach
1 handful broccoli
1 cup blueberries
4 sticks large asparagus
1/2 cup strawberries
Directions:
1. Wash all the vegetables
2. Shave the carrots and cut into a few big pieces
3. Trim the beets of their greens, peel the skin and quarter them.
5. Separate broccoli florets, and cut stalk into large pieces.
6. Remove the stems from the strawberries
7. Put ALL ingredients into high speed blender and blend to a juice. Add a little water if needed.
8. Strain the juice into a glass through a fine-mesh strainer.
Pour into 2 tall glass, relax and enjoy!
