We offer free shipping via USPS to the U.S. when you purchase (3) 5.oz packages or more.
All other shipping costs vary depending on the amount you purchase. All shipping costs for your specific product is clearly stated next to the product on our order page.
We ship orders on Monday's and Thursday's. Most orders, unless otherwise delayed due to anything that is beyond our control are usually delivered to your door within 3-4 days of shipping.
We cannot control shipping times by USPS. In the event of holidays, pandemics, and strikes, your order may take longer than usual to receive. Save your tracking number and keep checking to see where your package is.
Pay Pal's New Refund Policy
When ordering from Pay Pal checkout, if you require a refund for any reason, you will receive a refund less processing fees and S&H.
Make sure your correct emailing address is listed at Pay Pal. We cannot not ship to an incorrect mailing address and it cannot be changed once you place your order. Again, if you place an order with an incorrect mailing address, you will receive a refund less S&H and a transaction fee.

International Shipping
CUSTOMS TAX, DUTIES, TARIFFS
Because of the high cost of teriffs set in place by the US govenment recently, we will no longer ship to Internationals countries, except Canada.
Note: If you purchase from Canada, know that customers must pay the high cost of teriffs before customs will release the product to you. By ordering you are agreeing to pay whatever cost customs charge.
Pearl-Powder.net is not responsible for duties, taxes or fees that international governments/customs may impose on packages. The customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties and tariffs that may be associated with their package.
Please monitor your tracking information in case your package is temporarily held for inspection. Customs inspection can take several days.
Pearl-Powder.net is not responsible for packages returned or undelivered due to non-payment of such duties. Payment of any duties that may apply to your package is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
Refunds For International Orders
If absolutely necessary, we will provide a refund for international orders, less processing fees and S&H after 8-10 weeks if the package is obviously lost or stolen. This time will increase during holidays or pandemics and any other REASON shipments may be delayed.
International orders are experiencing longer than usual delivery times. International orders can take, but not necessarily, up to 8 weeks for delivery, so keep checking your tracking code.

Before you make a purchase from Canada, be sure to check the latest updates on the USPS Service Alert webpage to track to see if anything is affecting deliveries to your country.
It is up to the customer to check the alert to see if their country is temporarily suspending international mail. In the case a product is shipped and returned to our company because of suspension, we offer a refund on the product, less processing fees and S&H. So, please check carefully.
No refunds will be given until we have received the order and we will need additional time to process the return. This may take up to 8-10 weeks.
