Guava & Pearl Powder For Wrinkles
Worried about the wrinkles on your face? Well, you don't need to get any chemical or surgical treatments to get rid of it. An easy and natural remedy for this is pearl powder and guava leaves.
Pearl Powder, is the Mother, or Queen of all Beauty herbals. And Guava has managed to showcase its amazing health benefits, especially when it comes to skin treatment. The fruit is filled with nutrients like vitamins A and C, and minerals, namely copper, magnesium, and manganese. Guava has more Vitamins, Minerals And Potassium than oranges, or bananas. The leaves are a powerhouse of antioxidants like Vitamin C, and flavonoids such as quercetin.
Combining these two miracle superfoods together, you can diminish wrinkles and aging skin.
Directions
Guava leaves contain antioxidants which destroy the free radicals that damage your skin, thus protecting your skin from aging as well as improving skin tone and texture. A decoction (boiled leaves) of mature guava leaves can be applied on the skin for tightening it. Boil leaves until water turns brown and looks concentrated, then let cool. Add 1/2 tsp pearl powder, mix. Apply to your face and let sit for 15 minuets, then wash your face with lukewarm water. Repeat twice a week.

Cleopatra's Spa Bath
Cleopatra the last Queen of Egypt bathed in milk, honey and Pearl Powder. This is a fantastic way to get silky, soft, supple skin all over your body. The lactic acid in milk is very exfoliating, the vitamins and minerals in pearl powder are exorbitant, and honey is softening, moisturizing, and all-around beautifying.
The key is to use full-fat milk, cream, (or powdered milk), pure honey and pearl powder. Full-fat milk and pearl powder will not only exfoliate the skin, but it will also moisturize. Pour 1-2 cups of milk (or 1/2 c. full-fat powdered milk), 1/2 tsp pure finely milled pearl powder, and 1/2 c. honey under running, warm water. Swish around to mix, and hop in. Then picture yourself on a tropical island sipping a Margaretta. Or better yet, make yourself one. This spa bath is fit for a queen.

1 Tbs Pearl Powder
1/4 cup Sweet almond oil
2 Vitamin E capsules
1/8 cup Shea butter or cocoa butter

Pay special attention to any super dry areas, such as the backs of your arms, your elbows and your buttocks.
Apply more scrub on washcloth when needed.
Once your body is completely exfoliated, rinse in warm water.
Apply moisturizer to cleansed, scrubbed skin.
Use this body scrub weekly to keep your skin in tip-top shape. It's important year-round to exfoliate both your face and your body.
Invigorating Bath Scrub
Ingredients
1 Cup Old-Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup Organic Coconut Oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Pearl Powder
Directions
In food processor, grind oatmeal until oats are powdered dust, then transfer to a bowl. Add Coconut oil, vanilla extract, honey and pearl powder and mix well.
To use the scrub, apply at the very end of your bath. You'll want to get out right after so that you don't rinse away all of the moisturizing oils.
Stir scrub before using. Scoop out a small handful and rub all over your skin. Rinse with warm water, using a washcloth if you prefer.
Once you have finished bathing and dried off with a towel, it's very important to moisturize your skin. I love Silk Peptide Cream.
Store remaining Scrub in an airtight container.
Body Facial
Add 1- 2 Tbsp Pearl Powder to enough water to make a thin paste, mix well. Apply to the surface of the body, including face and feet. Leave for on 15 minuets. Wash off and dry thoroughly. Applied on the entire body, improves blood circulation, cleanses the skin, detoxifies and purifies, infuses with vitamins and minerals and helps restore saggy, loose skin.
Massage
Massaging your skin improves circulation, stimulates your skin, relaxes muscles, improves skin texture, and reduces wrinkles. Stimulation results in increased circulation, which ultimately helps produce collagen and elastin. A Massage brings nourishing blood to the skin, stimulating cell growth. It can also tighten facial muscles and release tension, which can provide immediately noticeable effects, such as increased radiance.
Moisturizing is key to having healthy-looking, supple skin. It hydrates and helps your skin's moisture barrier, which leaves you with a glowing complexion and smooth skin. It is a great way to make your skin look beautiful, brighter and taught. Moisturize your entire body, especially your face and neck.
For your face and neck, apply Sarah's Pearl Cream and massage into your skin for about 20 minutes using gentle, circular motions. Massage wrinkled areas, such as the forehead, cheeks and mouth using upward, inward motions. Apply slightly more of the cream than usual.
Mornings are the best time to perform a facial massage because your circulation is reduced while you are asleep, and can boost circulation and reduce puffiness due to water retention.
Warning
Be careful when massaging your face. Facial skin is more delicate than any other part of your body. Using a moisturizer that helps the fingers slide more easily can prevent skin from tearing and becoming damaged. Stay away from the delicate under eye area.
So, bid adieu to fine lines, wrinkles and say hello to a firm, supple glow.

At-Home Nail Spa
So you don't have the time or money to get an elaborate manicure? Now you can get a spa manicure in the comfort of your own home at a fraction of the cost by following these steps. This nail spa treatment will give salon like nails at home which will surely enhance your look on your important day.
1. Clean your nails and remove old nail polish, if any.
2. Clip, file, and shape your nails so they look neat and even. Buff tops and sides of nails lightly with a nail buffer, or buffing block (not your emery board), until you see a slight shin. This step helps to create a smooth surface, and also boosts circulation to the nail bed, giving slow growing or weak nails a shot of fresh, oxygenated blood needed to get stronger and grow faster.
3. Soak your fingertips in a bowl of warm water for 2-3 minutes, dry thoroughly with a towel. Then push back your cuticles gently with a cuticle stick.
4. Exfoliate your hands with a hand scrub to eliminate dead skin cells. Clean under nails. Wash hands afterward and dry thoroughly.
5. Moisturize your hands. I recommend Sarah's Pearl Cream. Put some cream in your hand, and use a bit more than you would typically use, and give your hands, fingers and forearms a good hand massage. Not only will this hydrate your skin and nails, but it allows you a well relaxing moment.
6. Apply nail polish if you prefer.

Spa Water
Sipping on Spa Water is an easy way to enjoy your spa amenities at home. Fill a juice pitcher to the top with ice and strawberries, or berries and mint. Cover with cold filtered water. It is best if you let the water infuse at least 1 hour. If you want it now, poke a few holes in the fruit for instant flavor. Cucumbers and citrus are also refreshing.
2 mandarin oranges with a handful of blueberries are delicious and refreshing too.
Adding basil to water gives it an amazing freshness and the fruit adds just the right amount of sweet tang.
