Avocado Banana Mint Smoothie
1/2 tsp Pearl Powder
1 Avocado, pitted and skinned
6 Mint sprig leaves (set aside one for garnish)
1 frozen Banana, sliced
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 teaspoon Honey (optional)
Combine everything in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass, top with a mint sprig, and savor the intoxicating flavors, and enjoy!
