Ingredients For The Filling:
1 tsp Pearl Protein Powder
8 oz. plain cream cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup blueberries, a few extra for garnish
1 tbsp honey, extra for drizzle
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 English muffins, split in half and toasted
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla, and pearl powder together.
Toast the muffins and butter them if you desire.
Divide the mixture on top of the toasted English muffins.
Top with blueberries and drizzle with honey.
