Ingredients:
For the soup:
1/4 tsp Pearl Protein Powder
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 cup almond milk, or cows milk
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. honey (optional)
Fresh berries or banana slices (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients into a 1/2 pint mason jar or other container with a lid, and stir to combine.
2. Place jar in refrigerator for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow chia seeds to soften.
3. If needed, add a splash of milk right before enjoying.
4. Eat directly out of the mason jar, or if you have time to eat at home, pour into a bowl.
5. Top with berries (blueberries are my favorite) and/or banana slices if desired and enjoy.
