Skincare tips

First of all, here are three main steps you should determine to include in your regimen:

1. Cleansing

Washing your face in the morning and at night is critical to maintaining healthy skin since it removes dirt, oil, and other unwanted debris. Your skin is constantly exposed to bacteria, dirt, and pollutants, so it is important to remove these impurities and allow your skin to breathe, be clean and fresh, and so your skin can absorb high quality anti-aging products.

Cleansing your skin also minimizes pores since it unclogs pores, promotes proper hydration and prevents excess oils from building up on your skin.

Wash your face using natural oils, (coconut, olive, or sunflower oil) to remove dirt with 2-3 cotton balls. Cotton balls help you gently tackle that grime, makeup, and dirt without tugging on your skin. They also clean your face without irritating fibres getting stuck to your skin.

Note: Stay away from abrasive cleansers and those that contain alcohol or soap.

Apply the oil to a cotton ball then to your face and gently massage. Use 1-2 more fresh cotton balls to remove the excess oil, and rinse. Use a soft towel to gently pat your face dry or let air dry.

For a deeper cleansing, add pearl powder to the oil. This will help remove makeup and heavy products more easily while pulling toxins out and adding a layer of protection to your skin to safeguard it from impurities and environmental contaminants. It will also minimize the signs of premature aging.

2. Serums

Both serums and moisturizers are an essential part of a top-notch skincare routine. Always apply a serum before a moisturizer. Face serums have a lightweight, thin consistency that is easily absorbed into the skin. Moisturizers, on the other hand, have a thicker, more emollient texture that sits on top of the skin to lock in moisture. When applying skincare, apply the lightest first and the heaviest last.

In the morning, it is best to use serums that contain Hyaluronic Acid, peptides and antioxidants.

Hyaluronic Acid is a great moisturizing serum, peptides dramatically improve the appearance of skin's resilience, tone and texture, while decreasing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and antioxidants protect your skin from free radicals throughout your day, like a highly concentrated vitamin C pearl serum.

Vitamin C is the most abundant antioxidant in the body fighting free radicals to slow the aging process. Vitamin C is an essential skincare ingredient for boosting collagen production, battling aging and blemishes, brightening your complexion, smoothing, repairing and reversing the known root cause of aging, and promoting healthier skin.

I use Cinderella Skin-Tight Serum every day. This serum contains L-Arginine, a pentapeptide, along with Sodium Hyaluronate. Sodium hyaluronate is the salt form of skin-replenishing ingredient hyaluronic acid and is more effective for skin. Another potent ingredient in this skin-tight serum is PEPHA®-TIGHT, a unique natural tightening and firming active ingredient that strengthens the skin's connective tissue..

3. Moisturizing

Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! Moisturizers hydrate the skin while locking in the other products. This is an essential step in your daily routine to maintain a vibrant complexion while preventing skin problems. Moisturizing everyday can reduce the chance of developing extreme dryness and even oiliness. Moisturizing your face will help you to look and feel younger, you will have softer, more elastic skin, and it will keep your skin hydrated.

When applying moisturizer, it is good to work with upward strokes, gently patting the product on your face, neck, and chest evenly. Avoid stretching your skin and rubbing.

The best times to moisturize are after bathing or showering, when you wake up, and before you go to bed. Keeping your skin moisturized with high-quality products can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
