1/2 fresh pineapple
3-4 kale leaves
1 stick of celery
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon
1/2 inch ginger root

Directions

Wash all produce well.
Cut the skin off the pineapple.
Peel the lemon.
Cut into pieces so as to fit inside the juicer chute.
Add all ingredients through juicer, pour into a glass and enjoy.
