Ingredients:
For the soup:
1 tsp Pearl Powder
1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup Vanilla Granola
1/2 cup fresh berries
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine pearl powder, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Mix and cover the bowl and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
2. When ready to serve, in a glass jar or bowl, layer granola, followed by berries, then the pearl, chia, yogurt mixture.
3. Top with juicy fruits like blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.
4. Drizzle maple syrup or honey on top and scatter with almonds if desire.
