Ingredients

1/2 tsp Pearl Protein Powder
1 cup almond milk or 2% milk 1 avocado
1 banana
1/2 cup nonfat plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey
2 1/2 to 3 cups ice

Directions

1. Start with 1/2 cup of almond milk and add more if desired
2. Add the remaining ingredients into a High Speed blender and blend until smooth.
3. Add ice cubes and blend to achieve desired consistency.
