Pearl Powder Peach Banana Energy Smoothie
1/2 tsp Pearl Powder
1 medium banana, chunked
1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced
6 oz Greek peach yogurt
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 cup small ice cubes
You could also use frozen fruit if you prefer- just omit the ice cubes!
If you only have canned peaches, take them out of the can and place them in a freezer bag and freeze over night.
If you use them directly from the can, you'll have more of a juice than a smoothie.
If you'd rather not use yogurt, try almond milk or cows milk!
Combine all ingredients in blender container; blend 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and frothy.
Combine all of those ingredients into a blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until it's smooth and frothy. Pour into a glass and enjoy all of that peachy goodness!
