Pearl Yogurt Mixed Berry Parfait

Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 tsp Pearl Powder
32 oz Greek vanilla yogurt
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup black cherries, pitted
3 tablespoons water
2 tbsp honey
dash of cinnamon
dash of salt
1/2 cup walnuts or almonds (chopped, optional)
Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

In a small saucepan add raspberries, blueberries, black cherries, water, vanilla, honey, cinnamon and salt. Turn heat to medium low and let the berries cook down for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and let cool.

Assemble parfaits

Add 2-3 tablespoons of berry mixture to the bottom of the glasses, top with 4 oz. of yogurt. Repeat with yogurt, then top with berry mixture. Sprinkle nuts on top if using and garnish with mint leaves if desires.

Serve, devour, and enjoy!

Note:
These can be pre-made and stored in the refrigerator for later use.
