Watermelon Pearl Protein Shake
1/2 tsp Authentic Pearl Powder
3 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1 cup milk or almond milk
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp honey
Garnish: 2 sprigs mint
Garnish: 2 small wedges of fresh watermelon
1. Cut the watermelon into small chunks. Make sure the chunks are about 1/2-inc. If you can't find seedless watermelon, pick out the seeds.
2. Place watermelon cubes, milk, yogurt, honey, and pearl powder in a High Speed blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Serve immediately in chilled glasses. Garnish a watermelon wedge and fresh mint, if desired.
